Why the heck is there not a phone number listed? I'm ready to order!!!
Because I don't want to be bombarded with phone calls asking for advice, specs, tips and quotes. I would have to hire 20 people to answer phone calls. Less Employees = Better prices for you. If you want to do business with me, email for the latest price. Prices and availability change. When I respond to your request for a quote, my signature box will have my phone number.

Side Note: If you read a slanderous post on a forum about
Hog Valley Products, 100% of the time it is from someone who has never ordered from us. We are very careful who we sell firearms to. If we get a red flag in an email or just do not feel good about a potential buyer, we won't sell to them. As revenge they use forums as a way to get even. We are busy selling firearms and do not care what NON-CUSTOMERS have to say. However, we deeply care about our loyal customers and will do whatever it takes to keep them happy. We have many very loyal customers and they are our top priority.

Prices change. My website does not have a shopping cart.
Please email for the latest prices and don't let it ruin your day if the price doesn't match the web price. Also, some of my pages are outdated. Email for the latest.

Your first step is to contact your local dealer to be sure I'm saving you money. Ask them two questions. How much for the firearm you are interested in buying and how much they charge to do an "FFL transfer". An "FFL transfer" is how I can legally ship firearms to another dealer and have that dealer do the federal and state paperwork to transfer the firearm to you.
FFL (Federal Firearms License).

Gun dealers and pawn shops can charge whatever they want. Most charge between $20-$30 for this service. Some California dealers are charging $150. Shop around. The next step is for you to call me if you have a receiving dealer lined up and are ready to order. My signature box at the bottom of my email will have my phone number.

$20 on most long guns under $1000 $30 for long guns $1000-$2000 Most handguns are $25 Insurance and Handling is included in this price. We don't slip extra fees in like the other online sellers.
I noticed some online sellers are shipping with no insurance. Do you insure my purchase?
Absolutely! Everything I ship is fully insured.
How come the price you quoted is higher than the price listed on your website? I think you should honor your prices!

Buying Tip: The best way to save the most money buying firearms on the internet is to find a stocking dealer with NOS (new old stock) at the old prices. Gun prices have and will continue to climb.
Everything I sell is current production at current prices. I try NOT to keep a big inventory. I get handguns overnight. Long guns in 3-4 days. This business plan has worked great for the last
4 years. My prices are pretty much middle of the road. The biggest reason to buy from
Hog Valley Products: you are dealing directly with the owner. It's a one person show. My word is my reputation and I won't make promises I can't keep.

No way! It's against the rules of agreement with Visa and
MasterCard.
I never charge extra! I am set up to process Visa and MasterCard only.

Yes!.

Buying Tip: Use caution buying from dealers with a big showroom and huge inventory (think in debt up to their eyeballs.) Guns that have been on display collecting fingerprints and dust may have a lower price than my price but in the long run when rust and other defects start to show, the super great deal was not so super after all.
Another advantage buying from Hog Valley Products is I don't have a showroom. No one touches my firearms except me to take an occasional picture for the website.
No. I don't sell used and I place a high value on my time.
No. I never make modifications. How they come from the factory is how I sell them.

Hog Valley Products has been selling firearms on the internet
since 2007. We ship nationwide but it's illegal to export.
What if I buy the gun and decide I don't like it? Do you offer a 3 day return?
Absolutely not on a brand new gun. Know what you want before you order.
Hog Valley Products is set up for people who know exactly what they want and have a receiving dealer lined up. (If I were a used gun shop I would definitely give a 3 day inspection period.)
No. I have to ship to a dealer near you. Please contact your local dealer and ask them two questions before you email for a quote; how much for the firearm if you purchase it from them and how much to do an FFL transfer. I should be able to save you money, especially on firearms costing more than $500. For guns costing less than $300 please support your local dealer.

Your new firearm needs to be shipped to the maker. It carries a full warranty with them. Everything I sell is NIB (New in the
Box)
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only if you live in Florida. (6.00%) Any other state you pay zero sales tax. (another advantage buying from me.)

I've been selling firearms on the internet now for 4 years. I never price match.
If you think you've found a better deal on the internet, buy from them.
If you ask me to match a price, we will not be doing business at any price. I'm convinced
Hog Valley Products has the BEST customer service in the business. No shopping cart here.
Price Matchers=
for the most part, dishonest people who love to find outdated prices in hopes a legitimate seller will match. These are people who knowingly leave off the 3% credit card surcharge and don’t add the extra money for insurance when comparing prices. Dishonest? You bet! Shop elsewhere. Slugs = People who want sellers to “honor” old outdated web prices. If you fit in this category, steer clear of
Hog Valley Products. I will not do business with you at any price. Ron Proffitt – Owner –
Hog Valley Products
Great Customers =
Ask for the current price using the model number from the manufacture website. They realize prices can change and roll with it. These are the people
Hog Valley Products wants as customers. We have quite a loyal following.

Buying Tip: Thinking about buying from an online dealer? Do a Google search. Example: Type in "TopGlock problems" and see what you come up with. There's more to selling firearms on the internet than having a fancy website and a shopping cart.
| |
You bet. I'm the most affordable in town. $15 per serial number. A copy of my
FFL license is here My
Copy of FFL License Please try to use UPS. They deliver twice a day and have the keys to the lock up facility. UPS has the best service!!!

All of my firearms come from distributors in factory sealed boxes. I don't open them. How they come from the factory is how I sell them. If you are the type person who needs to see, feel, touch and smell before you buy,
Hog Valley Products is not for you. If you don't like the wood, you are stuck with it. (For what it's worth, 4 years and no one has complained.)
I don't answer tech questions. Hog Valley Products is basically a shipping facility. It's boxes in and boxes out. I don't answer which gun is best for me questions either. The internet is full of "expert" advice on the best guns to buy. Hog Valley Products is set up to save money for the buyer who knows the exact model they want.
